Caitlyn is a Business Analyst II at Mitchell Madison Group, Manila, Inc. With a detail-oriented approach and a natural problem-solving mindset, she thrives on solving complex problems, turning data into compelling stories, and collaborating with teams to get things done.

 

Prior to her current role, she has built experience in analytics, reporting, and data pipelines. Her technical toolkit includes Python, SQL, R, Power BI, and various data visualization and analytics tools, which she leverages to build solutions that are practical and impactful.

 

Caitlyn holds a Bachelor's degree in Applied Mathematics with a specialization in Data Science, and a Master's degree in Data Science from Ateneo de Manila University.

 

Outside of work, she enjoys the simple pleasures of good food, sleeping, and spending quality time with family and friends. She's also a fan of reading fantasy books, watching anime, and listening to K-pop.
