EJ is a Business Analyst III at The Mitchell Madison Group, Manila, Inc., under the Management Services Team. He brings extensive experience in analytics, having supported a U.S.-based airline with a focus on Guest Experience, Loyalty, and Travel Products Analytics.
Throughout his career, EJ has led the reporting and analysis of key performance indicators, including Net Promoter Score (NPS), Guest Satisfaction (GSAT), loyalty program points and miles activity, and top travel destinations. He has designed, developed, and maintained executive-level dashboards presented to C-suite leaders, enabling data-driven strategic decision-making. In addition, he has translated qualitative feedback into actionable, quantitative insights through sentiment analysis of survey and guest feedback data.
EJ’s technical expertise includes data querying (SQL), data analysis (R and Excel), and data visualization (Tableau). He holds a bachelor’s degree in Applied Mathematics with a specialization in Mathematical Finance from Ateneo de Manila University, which he completed in 2022. He is currently based in Quezon City, Philippines.
Outside of work, EJ loves cooking, watching movies, and traveling abroad. His favorite destinations include Japan, Hawaii, Seattle, and Singapore.
