Geng is a problem-solving and adaptable professional with a diverse background in data management, software engineering, customer support, and business operations and communications. He is currently with The Mitchell Madison Group, Manila, Inc., ensuring data is clean, accurate, and prepared for high-level analysis.

Previously, he built and maintained software at Infor, resolved VoIP and networking issues at Comcast/ResultsCX, and handled customer support roles at IBM DAKSH, Sitel, and APAC. He also worked as a Graphics Support Analyst, creating polished and professional presentations.

Outside of corporate roles, Geng has operated multiple businesses, including an events coordination service, a retail kiosk at Manila Ocean Park, and a school-based snack bar. Managing marketing, inventory, staffing, operations, and customer service strengthened his resilience, resourcefulness, and adaptability.

Geng holds a degree in Communication Arts from the University of the Philippines Los Baños and completed most of his MIT coursework at Asia Pacific College. He enjoys blending creativity with technology and is always eager to learn new skills and take on new challenges.
