Kaitlyn is a Business Analyst I at The Mitchell Madison Group, Manila, Inc. She brings experience in analytics and consulting, having supported an early childhood education organization with nearly 100 centers across the United States.

In her role, Kaitlyn analyzes organizational spend, identifies cost-saving opportunities, and develops strategies to optimize operational efficiency. She translates complex datasets into actionable insights and presents findings to clients to support informed, data-driven decision-making. Kaitlyn’s work emphasizes careful analysis, problem-solving, and effective client communication, ensuring that recommendations are both practical and impactful.

Prior to MMG, Kaitlyn gained experience in data analytics and visualization working in a global professional services company. She has worked with tools such as SQL, R, Python, Excel, and Power BI to analyze datasets, build visualizations, and support business insights.

Kaitlyn received her Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Mathematics in Data Science, with a Minor in Management from Ateneo De Manila University.

In her free time, she enjoys traveling and staying active through indoor cycling and pilates. She is also a professional violinist and regularly performs with an orchestra.
