Karl is a Business Analyst III at The Mitchell Madison Group, Manila, Inc. He brings over four years of analytics-driven consulting experience, with expertise in the airline cargo industry, and has started to develop a track record in strategic sourcing for the financial services sector.

 

In his airline cargo work, Karl supported D-level leaders through end-to-end performance management—building KPI frameworks, managing rolling forecasts, and developing executive dashboards that translated complex data into actionable decisions. He has since transitioned into data-driven sourcing, where he converts usage and spend insights into negotiation strategies that reduce client costs, optimize vendor terms, and strengthen supplier partnerships.  

 

His core strengths are in data visualization (Tableau) and data analysis tools (Excel). He earned his bachelor’s degree in Management Engineering, specializing in Financial Management, from Ateneo de Manila University in 2021 and is based in Quezon City, Philippines.

 

When he's not working, Karl is a sports enthusiast-- he regularly participates in pickup basketball games and golf tournaments. He also enjoys trying out new food spots, keeping up with the latest tv shows, and traveling.
