Junior Associate II
Lorenzo Silva
Renzo holds a degree in Economics with a minor in Finance from Ateneo de Manila University.
He began his career as an entrepreneur, founding and operating two specialized construction and engineering firms. Trident Enviro Solutions Inc. focused on wastewater and water treatment solutions, and Norzon-Sino Engineering Ltd. specialized in architectural finishing works, including cladding systems, stone, tile, and related building materials. Across these ventures, he delivered projects for notable private organizations such as Robinsons Land, Rockwell Land, San Miguel Corporation, various aluminum manufacturers, food commissaries, and resort developments. He also crafted a local public-private partnership (PPP) sanitation contract in collaboration with a local government unit and water districts in the Bicol region.
He brings hands-on experience in international sourcing and supply chain management, having frequently traveled to China— particularly Foshan, Guangzhou, and Shenzhen— for factory visits and supplier engagement. These experiences shaped a practical understanding of manufacturing, vendor relationships, and cross-border procurement.
He later transitioned into consulting to apply this operator-led perspective to larger organizations, supporting clients on procurement, sourcing strategy, and value creation initiatives. His work is grounded in practical execution, informed by firsthand experience building and managing businesses.
In parallel, he teaches entrepreneurship at Ateneo de Manila University, sharing real-world insights with students.
Outside of work, he enjoys playing a round of golf.
