As an analyst, Ellie has experience across financial planning, performance reporting, and business analytics. She has worked with both finance and marketing teams, contributing to forecasting, reporting, and performance monitoring initiatives.
Earlier in her role, she worked within the FP&A function, where she helped produce recurring reports for internal stakeholders, maintained reporting databases, and assisted with forecast management and variance analysis. She also contributed to process improvements through automation and the development of macros, improving efficiency in recurring reporting tasks.
Ellie later worked with brand performance and social marketing teams, serving as their primary analytics point person. Her responsibilities include building and maintaining SQL queries to track recurring metrics, consolidating data from multiple sources, and developing Tableau dashboards used to analyze marketing performance. She regularly refines reports and dashboards to reflect changing business requirements.
Her technical skills include Excel, SQL, Tableau, Oracle Hyperion, Microsoft Access, BigQuery, and VBA.
She has a Bachelor of Science in Communications Technology Management with a Specialization in Financial Management from Ateneo de Manila University and is based in the Philippines.
When she’s not working, she enjoys spending time with her pets, learning new physical activities (arnis, archery, bowling and billiards), and visiting the beach during her travels.
