Jose Martin Pascual is the Head of Operations of The Mitchell Madison Group, Manila. Inc. Currently, he oversees consultant & analyst performance and satisfaction. He is also in charge of organizational processes, structures, and talent acquisition. 

 

Prior to MMG, he was the Business Director of a data-analysis based Digital Marketing Agency, wherein he managed 4 organizational departments, and established 3 new departments. As the second-in-command to the CEO, he oversaw the performance of over 60 employees, servicing over 40 clients, in delivering practical and effective data-driven marketing campaigns.

 

He is a graduate of the John Gokongwei School of Management at the Ateneo de Manila University, the country's most prestigious business school. He is also currently a Lecturer at his Alma Mater, teaching Digital Marketing to graduating seniors. 

 

In his free time, he likes to listen to music on vintage audio equipment and cook. As a hobby, he likes to detail and restore vintage cars.
