Nathalie is a Junior Associate at The Mitchell Madison Group, Manila Inc., where she has been with the firm for eight years and counting. Her primary client, based in the United States, trained her to thrive in fast-changing environments, strengthening her resilience and adaptability. She has extensive experience in the loyalty and travel products department, where she developed strong data analytics capabilities. To support data-driven stakeholder decision-making, she works with multiple data platforms, including SQL, Databricks, and Tableau, applying them across various business cases.

Nathalie holds a master’s degree in Applied Mathematics, majoring in Mathematical Finance, from Ateneo de Manila University. She is originally from Davao City, Philippines.

In her free time, she enjoys learning new languages, particularly Korean and Japanese. She is also passionate about photography and enjoys capturing moments during her travels. When she’s not working, most of her time goes into spending quality moments with family, friends, and her local church.
