Roman Christopher Santos

Roman is an analyst with a strong foundation in economics, finance, and analytical problem-solving. He graduated from the University of the Philippines Diliman in 2023, earning a Bachelor of Science in Economics, with additional academic training in psychology.

Early in his career, Roman worked at a leading fintech company, where he supported initiatives across strategy, finance, and operations. His work focused on financial and competitive analysis, operational performance tracking, and the development of management-facing materials that translated complex data into clear, actionable insights.

Outside of work, Roman enjoys traveling, watching movies, discovering new places to eat at, and staying active through basketball and running.
