Philip Gillespie is VP - Performance Improvement Consulting at the Mitchell Madison Group. Phil is a returning Mitchell Madison alumnus, having been a manager at the firm in the late 90s. He is an experienced consulting professional with system design, development, selection, and management experience across the entire source-to-pay and supplier risk landscape. Also has extensive sourcing and procurement management consulting experience in financial services, manufacturing, retail, and publishing.

Before his return to MMG, Phil was the Vice President for Global Supplier Services at JPMorgan Chase Bank where he managed a team of 7 supporting the full source-to-pay technology platform, including a sourcing workflow tool, a spend analytics tool, an eRFx tool, a contract repository, a proprietary approvals utility, a contingent labor procurement system, a reporting platform, and the procure-to-pay downstream.

He has an MBA from the Amos Tuck School of Business Administration at Dartmouth and a BS in computer science from Duke University. He resides in New York.
